New restaurant within a larger group of restaurant with great career progression available.

A terrific opportunity exsists for a professional chef that has a passion for food, strong leadership skills and is self motivated.

The candidate must have experience in running smaller establishments with an approached to great fresh produce and simplistic cooking

As a head chef you will be responsible for the training and development of staff, wage cost, food cost, food safety and rosters.

Experience in a similar role is vital, with consideration for good sous chefs to take the next step, proven strong management and leadership skills is an essential requirement to the candidate we are seeking.
