There are 2 fresh seafood tanks with live crayfish and barramundi. Not just for looks - the contents of these tanks are part of the “live seafood menu”. The kitchen area has a fresh seafood display which allows customer to select their seafood and even watch the chef’s prepare meals

The unique rotisserie oven at Fish towers at over 2 metres in height and cooks at a whopping 500 degrees celsius while rotating to seal in the flavour and moisture of the fish while melting away the fats; resulting in a succulent fish that’s reduced in fat, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour.
