are 2 fresh seafood tanks with live crayfish and barramundi. Not just for looks - the contents

unique rotisserie oven at Fish towers at over 2 metres in height
and cooks at a whopping 500 degrees celsius while rotating to seal in the flavour and moisture of the
fish while melting away the fats; resulting in a succulent fish
